I’m nicola, a 30 year old flute player from wales in the uk. I love music, animals, baking and art and I happen to have a few chronic illnesses. My hope is to share the highs and lows of life with chronic illnesses while showing how music, art and love can be utilised to improve the lives of chronically unwell individuals.
